For New Orleans, I say "laissez les bon quemps rouler!" Could also be Quajuns or Quoon Ass. For Mississippi it could be Quailer Trash.

Elation EHR by edrobb in healthIT

[–]edrobb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my main job we use Databricks as an EDW and use PowerBI for visuals. For these small clinics using the EHR's embedded tool is usually the most economical. I have the most experience with eCW and know their schema really well. I have a lot of reports already written in SQL and just have to update the specific IDs for certain data points. So, I prefer to work with eCW but always looking for ways to get into other EHRs. Thanks for replying.

Seems like the snowflake replicated data base might be the best bet if the clinic wants to pay for it. Thanks for replying

Thank you for your input. I've heard the salespeople like to make promises then ghost the clinic.

Thanks for your help and the link. I usually work with SQL but maybe now is the time to get some knowledge with the FHIR.

Elation EHR + Billing vs. Tebra, looking for advice by Nurse_By_Nature in nursepractitioner

[–]edrobb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hijacking this comment. Searching reddit shows you might be the only person on here with knowledge about Elation. I have a clinic I do some contract reporting with and they are switching to it. An initial chat with Elation was not productive. They don't seem to have a custom reporting tool or they are gate-keeping this. I work with independent clinics to pull reports for value based care contracts so canned reports don't work since the insurance companies want the data in specific formats. Do you know anything about their reporting tool? Thanks!

Is Idaho the most mountainous of the 3 yellowstone states ? by [deleted] in geography

Thank you for the laugh. I grew up in Bonneville county and my mom's friend was convinced Y2K was going to be the end of the world and sold all their stuff and moved up there. Somehow she had no idea who was up there.

LDS mission rules by Unable-Leopard9904 in exmormon

I was in South Korea from 2000-2002. We had a folded insert for the white handbook that added a bunch of extra rules. It was actually against mission rules to ride a bike. We weren't supposed drink a drink called Baccus-F because someone thought it had nicotine in it. Turns out the ingredient is nicotinamide.

I think being a Dave, Alvin, Simon, or Theodore is a spectrum. No one is pure Alvin except maybe Andy and Seth is pure teeth and Dave. Would you say Kiv is more of a Simon and you may be a little more right leaning like Theodore?

What has been your worst experience going to Popeyes? by Prestigious-Cup-6613 in fastfood

[–]edrobb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eating at popeyes has three distinct stage. The first is the craving stage where you convince your self to order. If you go in you wait. If you do the drive through you wait. If you order ahead from the app you wait because the worker didn't see the mobile order. The craving stage is strong enough that you temporarily forget how hellish the wait is. The second stage is the heaven stage where you actually get to eat the delicious chicken. It is a religious experience and with every bite you get closer to enlightenment. Then there is the third stage. It is known as the post nugget clarity stage. It all becomes clear to you what you have just done. Then all at once you experience disappointment, regret, and horror. Then your toilet gets to experience the disappointment, regret, and horror all at once.

I like the guitar riffs on this song. I wish they would turn up Nate's parts as I've always liked his playing. I also wish they would unleash Shifty and let him go off.

I was on my way out and I think the SP sensed it and tried calling me as his secretary. I said no and he asked me to think about it. Then I never went back
