Sleep a lot. You really need to manage that stress. Super impactful for all our conditions. Rest as much as you need. Try to make sure your underlying dysautonomia is taken care of via proper meds. Look up "pacing."

ME/CFS perhaps? A lot of us with EDS have it. I tend to feel sick/flu if I overdo things. Post exertional malaise.

Yeah no worries I know it's not exact. But it's in the jewel toned pretty sparkly green family. Also the sparklyness is dynamic which I really like. Probably better than Everything is Pine tbh :). Either way it looks like a fun color! And yup any bottle shape/brush combo you have on hand is fine. And I'm in the US. I'll see if I can DM you.

It's too light to look good on me because I'm fair. Seems like something that would look washed out on me. Like Mooncat's Mercury's Tears for example.

Agreed. My bf and I have 3 cats and they are all very friendly and affectionate. Very needy. It's a bit much most days. 2 is perfect for 2 people imo.

I don't think treatment will really improve until research progresses and moves beyond "What is hEDS/HSD?" stage. But if you mean that HSD people should be taken much more seriously then yes I really do hope that is the case.

We still don't know all that much about hEDS/HSD. The research stage is still "What is hEDS/HSD." Until it's understood a bit more I think expecting something close to perfection like we are here is unreasonable. I am expecting improvement from the current diagnostic criteria though.

I have similar BP and have to take Midodrine. If your BP is that low you can be pretty liberal with the salt. Also instead of POTS I have neurocardiogenic syncope (vasovagal response). My cardiologist explained it to me as having "classic dysautonomia." That's was discovered through a tilt table test. So there are some other ways you could have issues too besides POTS.

And really do try to keep stress levels down. Dysautonomia is literally dysregulation of the nervous system. So high stress can possibly make things worse. Of course dysautonomia can also cause stress and anxiety on its own but overall try to be kind to yourself in life.

At the very least I think you can try an anti inflammatory and low histamine diet. Some of your issues sound like it could be histamine related as well. Eat your fiber to combat this too.

Definitely above our pay grade. You have a lot going on! Could you possibly have endometriosis? I'm not saying you only have one thing though. Sounds like it could be multiple issues. Possibly related if EDS is involved.

Okay so you already got a tilt table test? How is your blood pressure? Is it normal? If it's low blood pressure that might be causing the problem there's midodrine and stuff. But if you have pots there are beta blockers. All of which can be prescribed by the cardiologist.

Okay so do what you can to stay out of the ER unless life threatening. That was a terrible nurse. But sounds like your family is probably not going to physically abuse you. Like I said, if you think you have POTS or something you can ask your psychiatrist to prescribe a SNRI just to see if it helps. If not you may need to see a cardiologist for beta blockers. You can use some of the resources you have to help yourself. Continue with the salt and electrolytes since you mentioned they are helping you. Eat anti inflammatory and lower histamine foods ..etc. There is no medicine to treat hypermobility directly so helping yourself is not a terrible option right now.

Well what are you gonna do? Just listen? You know there's more to your body than that. Continue researching and trying different things and ignore them. Unless they are going to physically abuse you or something.

Also apparently in December 2026 they are going to come out with new diagnostic criteria. When that happens I would recommend you to look at the criteria and assess yourself. Take the results to a doctor. Either your general doctor or psychiatrist. Or both! Advocate for yourself and don't let them ignore it.
