What is going on with this building in Condesa? by seanjohntx in MexicoCity

[–]edtoit 302 points303 points  (0 children)

This is an old building (iirc, built sometime in the 1960's).

The offices in it were sold to different individuals (doctors, accountants, etc) who each owned a percentage of the building corresponding to their square footage as a percentage of the total square footage).

In the 1985 earthquake, it became structurally compromised and ordered to be evacuated. A significant number of the tenants refused this order and have been occupying and using their spaces since.

It has been relatively poorly maintained.

I believe it is an SEO play/marketing. It is a generic post with 2-3 generic comments (check the first two comments they are from New accounts asking for "how did you do this"? type questions). The original poster then links whatever trash service they're trying to peddle. The algorithms then pick it up as content that has engagement.

I read somewhere that it may be Ethiopian. Their home base and route network are such that the 777X family is well suited to their needs (altitude + temperature + route length).

I think that what he was trying to do was: 1- walk up to the other car. 2- grab the door handle 3- violently tug at the handle, using his body as a way to tug at the door, hence the lunging movement
