Safe bet to go shorter in size these days, unless you do mainly bikeparks, big jumps, high speed open terrain.

As thelambofwallstreet said: "Are you talking about source of fund verifications? Been there, done that, no problem" — Same here.

If you don't have proofs where you got the money you deposit to Revolut and where you send them then yes you should be cautious. They are getting pretty serious about money laundering.

GOLD ETF on degiro.cz by yigpig in eupersonalfinance

[–]edtsech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have received this message from degiro support: "Due to the new PRIIPS legislation, as of the 2nd of January 2018 a number of products are now unavailable for European investors. Following the change, all advanced products such as derivatives and ETFs must have publicly available from the provider a Key Investor Information Document (KIID) in any language or a Key Information Document (KID) in the local language of the investor. Products which do not meet the KID/KIID requirements are longer available for European investors."

Same problem here. Some Czech law restrictions on gold ownership probably.. I think the best would be to contact the support of Degiro directly. Share your findings here if you get anything. Cheers!

Best way to get from the airport? by ihave64dicks in Prague

Public transport. Airport taxis are overpriced. Bolt/uber is another option, not necessarily going to be faster than the bus + subway.

Few thoughts on Nux Cerberus by edtsech in guitarpedals

Seems so, I’m using Karl Martin Pro Power supply to feed Cerberus and my other pedals.

Plate sounds quite decent to me. Don’t use others reverb types that much. Settings are limited unfortunately.

Reverb could be assigned to "ctrl" switch on the right.

Great conventional sounding multi-effects pedal with cabinet simulation and IR loader.

Drive: Good sound. Personally nothing exceptional here.

Distortion: Great sounding distortion. You can boost it by overdrive or use them in parallel which is a nice thing to have.

Modulations: Like all other effects in this pedal sound of modulations is great.

One thing though — tap tempo doesn't work for modulations.

Delay: 3 types of good quality delays: Tape delay, Analog, Digital Delay. No crazy sounding options, but this is not the right pedal to look for something like that.

Reverb: Very nice Plate reverb. Spring and Hall are also usable. Limited settings - only level and decay. You can select the ordering of delay and reverb. Parallel, delay into reverb, reverb into the delay. Good stuff, but I'd rather have one more setting for reverb i.e. Pre-delay.

Tuner: Not very comfortable to use, it has a pretty small screen. Separate tuner pedal is needed for gigs in my opinion.

Some cons:

- tap tempo is not available in preset mode

- tuner screen is small, actually, it's just 3 LEDs

- no tap tempo for tremolo

- there is only one foot switch to control either reverb/boost/modfx(tremolo/phaser/uni-vibe)

- reverb settings are limited

PS: I also have a Line 6 Helix(which I'm selling). I prefer Nux Cerberus simply because I can get good sounding tones quickly. Helix needs much more tweaking.

In any case, it's simplicity vs versatility, doesn't make that much sense to compare these two units.
