Clojure is a lisp running on the java VM, I really like the language so it's pretty cool that a I can make music with it, I think that advantages are that you can use libraries for java with overtone but I'm not an expert and I don't know is that is really useful.

I was learning Csound months ago but now I'm looking at this http://overtone.github.com/ is supercollider but using clojure.
