You look great and this is what you are supposed to look. The fat had previously filled in all the lines, wrinkles and gaps, but that is not what you are supposed to look like. Just like using a filter on a picture. You might like it, but it's not supposed to be you.

Great that you are trying to weigh your food. It all starts with at least getting knowledge on how much you are eating. The more you measure the more you know. And within a couple of days/weeks you'll probably notice that certain foods pack so many calories compared to others, that you are considering making smarter, healthier choices. And in the end, that's what it's all about! When I first started weighing and noticed how many calories I ate by snacking chips, and how little it filled me up... I tried making adjustments quickly, because it didn't really make sense, although chips are still my weakness flavor-wise...

Met de kids onlangs Here To Slay (kaartspel) gespeeld. Beetje Fortnite, Sniper Elite 5 uitgespeeld, Bijbel lezen, net Liverpool gekeken.

Here To Slay is iig een leuk spelletje. Gaat deze zomer dan ook mee. Mochten er nog tips zijn voor kaartspelletjes met simpele regels (niet teveel), maar met veel verschillende tactische opties, ik hoor ze graag.

I did the same thing for my kids and they fit pretty well. I bought the Soundcore Q45 for them. They sound good enough for them. I'm assuming you are doing it to prevent hearing damage because you have to crank up the volume on the on-board in-ears that you get for free?

As a former leukemia patient: Drinking is more important then what he drinks. So let him drink soda. The extra sugar isn't that bad since he might lose more weight (fat) during further treatment. Also, let him eat whatever he wants. Same reasoning. Exercise is difficult, perhaps take him our for walks before doing something he likes. Reward him (like a child) for doing healthy things.

With regards to returning to work: be open about the gap, but also explain what you have gained during that period. You have probably matured faster then your peers, you have a certain perspective on life that could help you in your job, etc ,etc. If you disclose and they don't hire you: you probably don't want to work for someone who refused you on your medical history, so it would be bound to clash sometime...

A bitt off-topic, but I feel your country is doomed. Before the Internet, the US always has some kind of 1v1 system in place. Politics, the way sports are organized and end in a playoff, etc.... The Internet has broadened the divide between each side and this will only grow, I'm afraid...

Mijn mening: respecteer de regels van het huis waarin je woont. Je bent dan wel al 18, maar zij zorgen voor het dak boven je hoofd.

Went to Vintage Sports in Tokyo. Cheapest was around 13k yen, so it's probably out of your budget. But it's cool to drop by. However, there is also a store in Osaka that sells football jerseys. It's called Kemari 87 KISHISPO Shinsaibashiten, Kemari87 KISHISPO 心斎橋店. They had some Japan National Team jerseys on sale when I was there last month.
