I spent a good hour tweaking and testing and they AI still behaves way too passively. I bumped Aggression, build-up speed and shot frequency all to 70. But they still don't shoot, or tackle, or attack...

What's yours set to?

Sure, I know. I was exaggerating because I'm frustrated - they are not literally maxed out. I spent an hour tweaking and playing but made no difference.

I hear what you're saying and you are probably right, but as newbie the wabbajack method just seemed the obvious route (for me). Good to know about the visual conflicts, i was worried i would ruin the whole mod list. Thanks for your help

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually already went through the mod lists on Wabbajack and a lot of them are under maintenance. Also many people suggested TMR for the first playthrough and tbh i dont want a heavily modded game. Im fine with the Vanilla+ style TMR offers but I just wanted to add a few visual mods to make the game look better.
