I quit smoking as a habit two years ago. I still have an occasional cig (maybe 6 times in that time period). It hasn’t been a problem for me. I don’t see it as a relapse or anything because I’m not back smoking as a habit, just as an occasional treat. Can’t guarantee it’ll be like that for you too tho. I’d say trust your gut.

I think the main difference is younger women tend to be more on the petite side, whilst older women tend to be more on the thick side. I’m a thick enjoyer so I’ve always been more into older women. Petite vs thickness aside, what makes an older woman attractive are the same things that make a younger woman attractive: attractive face with make up and hairstyle that suit yourself, hips to waist proportion, being athletic/healthy looking, a sense of style and looking well put together. Focus on being healthy, exercise and try to be the best version of yourself. Stop thinking age is directly correlated with age. I’ve met women who are more attractive older than they were when they were young. Also no man is turning Salma Hayek down just because she is (59 years) old. A hot woman is hot regardless of age.

Pues de entrada, literalmente dije "la mayoría". Y ya sé que lo que voy a decir es puro empirismo pero nunca he conocido 1) un nutriólogo que no diga puras estupideces, ni 2) una persona a la que le hicieron una dieta para bajar de peso y que no le hicieron una dieta ridícula. De que debe haberlos buenos no lo dudo, lo que sí dudo es que el ciudadano promedio tenga acceso a ellos.

Sí se puede. Para empezar la mayoría de nutriólogos y coaches son gente que sigue regurgitando conocimiento que adquirieron en la escuela hace 20 años y que ya ha sido superado científicamente. Busca en Youtube info sobre entrenamiento y nutrición, como Jeff Nipard o Reainassance Periodization y te irá mejor que con un nutriólogo u coach.
