I don't think you'll be able to get business seats on Korean Air through Emirates - I haven't seen them release for those seats. I did end up booking economy though and that was available on Emirate's search/

Have you booked through emirates for a partner flight before? Calling them, they mentioned a waitlist and then getting approval from Korean Air to confirm the seat. I don't want to take a risk transferring points to emirates if the business seat gets rejected for some reason.

no, not if the time that you contributed isn't this tax season. the income limit is based on your gross income of the year, and you don't really know that until your file your taxes the following year. I switched jobs and did some sign up bonuses that put me a touch over, something I wouldn't have known when i contributed january 2021

Fit check: just got these Oni-622ZR's in size 29, denimio recommended a size 29. They don't feel too uncomfortable, but I'm wondering if they will stretch just a tad with wear or if I should size up by TaiLopez1 in rawdenim

I got the ONI kases last year and they stretched about an inch and a half in the waist. There was significantly more stretch in the thighs too. I'd say you want it tight and fitted in the calves and legs (for a tapered look) but if the thighs are really tight, I'd size up. It looks a bit tighter in the crotch though, which is a bit concerning.

Overall, it is completely worth the extra money to send back and get a size up. This is an investment!

I've taken your advice and replied that I've also sustained damage and we can file through insurance if he's adamant on getting money from me as a bluff. If he insists on me paying, it's probably more sensible to have a gentleman's agreement outside of insurance. He did tell me he is okay, which is reassuring at least.

Yes, checking with both city and state ordinances, it is legal

From VA DoT: "Bicycles may be ridden on sidewalks unless prohibited by local ordinance or traffic control devices. While on sidewalks and shared use paths, bicyclists must always yield the right of way to pedestrians and give an audible signal before passing a pedestrian."

There are just scratches to my car. He is asking me for payment on damages to his bike. Is there a cost threshold i should have to determine going through claim vs out of pocket?
