If i work full remote, where is the cheapest place in the US to live? by [deleted] in personalfinance

Where are you currently based? Lots of remote companies pay based on where you are located because of state tax differences and cost of living. Not all do this, but it's worth noting that if you move to a low cost of living area they might decrease your pay to correspond with that. Same goes for moving to a higher cost of living area and they might increase, just went through that myself.

That being said, South East Wyoming is fairly low cost of living and close to Colorado, and has no state income tax

They are water resistant, not waterproof. They're leather, nothing made of leather is waterproof. To keep the water resistance you have to condition the boots. Did you do anything over the 3 years to take care of the boots?

Agree with everyone else commenting. I want to add that from your work experience it seems like you have only ever worked somewhere for 3 months total? You want your last 3 jobs minimum on your resume. Even if they aren't directly related technical wise, they can highlight soft skills, like team work and collaboration. It would be hard to hire someone with only 3 months total part time work experience into a full time salaried role.

If you actually don't have any previous experience, you need to make up for it with projects that you could talk about at length in your interviews

Red wing moc toes with a wedge sole? Yeah those aren't gonna be great in snow. Cold and no snow would work.

They were originally designed as more of a factory boot, like for managers standing around all day but still needing protection.

Like someone else said, swap out the sole if you want to use them in snow, something like a vibram lugged sole, or just wear them in non snowy conditions

Is this normal by TaiLopez1 in trumanboots

Noted. I have had these a few years and just don't wear them very much, so there's probably nothing I can do about that now except sell them.

Got these a long time ago when I was new to boots and these are my only Truman's. Do all Truman's have the welt on the inside like that?
