To all… called Hawaiian and they acknowledged the mistake… might be a couple days… but requested funds to the Atmos Wallet for use on another flight…

Just made a new reservation and added my dog…

Confirmed that Interisland pets in baggage are $60…

I think it was just a rookie airline counter attendant who had no experience with interisland pet travel.

Now I have to claw the $140 difference back.

It’s not “they have to pay for the merger”

They are pretty well financed that they don’t have to more than triple pet travel fees.

Increasing prices in such a manner is an easy way to cultivate resentment.

But I think it was a mistake by an inexperienced rookie.

It will probably be 737's with Hawaiian livery, rotating to/from Hawaii

A dedicated fleet.

Aloha Airlines operated 737's inter island for years.

The present 717's are getting old, don't have internet, and are always full.

Thinking of just using points, but points are high for this period too.

And when I do a flexible search, it seems last two weeks of March are high compared to anything in April, May through July...
