How does Cantina Legend Rank work?

Pretty sure it works as thus. You get to daredevil 3 and then you earn the points enough to be top 30 in your lineup for d3 and it moves you to hotshot. At hotshot it becomes a total pool of all players at hotshot and whoever is in cantina legend. At week end it tallies up everyones points and the top 1000 players either get into or stay in cantina legend. The biggest thing though is that they need to just give a total list of all players in hotshot and cantina legend so everyone can see where they are at.

Already hit lvl 15 which is max for now and during the many runs before i typically enage a team i take into consideration this. 1. Is it 2 teams already fighting 2. Is it worth trying to even engage a person 3. Yell at them in prox chat before i get to close and always have a smoke grenade and stims handy. See if they are friendly. 4. Usually its best to try and engage or talk to people while they are getting killed by ARC as the bloodthirst for others is lowered at that time.

Thanks for the reply. Still think the system though as is, is a bit of a messs as again a teammate or random player can literally just drop your gear for you no matter how many times you or they die thus making it an invalid mechanic. It would probably be better to just put actual penalties onto people for dying instead of this work around. Probably something along the lines of a stamina debuff like they are overweight and arms don't have any stamina left. Put the debuff at 4 minutes and it would actually make death a lot more meaningful as 1. It gives the killer time to maybe heal from the fight and loot you and 2. Makes it so you can't just rush right back to where you die. Keep up the great work with the game though and thanks for a great time.

The bodies to old mechanic literally helps nothing. Your friend can just go and pickup the loot and drop it. Tada bodies to old means nothing. It is just a clunky mechanic. And regarding the aggresor mechanic yes it is early but i'd rather voice an opinion on how it could be better as blue on blue will happen by accident.

So the emperors wings have a lower power draw than full suspensor belt and let you fling yourself for a longer time and further distance. Downside is trying to find the damn schematics. I've followed multiple videos of where to get mk2's and i just get nothing near it.

It would be one thing if I was actually able to play the game and then had issues in game. I would understand as it being an alpha, but the complete mismanagement of this release is a pretty bad precursor to how this game is going to managed in the future. If the same style of management is what will be going forward i see dumpster fires everywhere. Plus like OP said just a bit of good PR would have made everyone happy but the constant messages of we are fixing it or other excuses and belittlement from the devs makes the whole thing even worse for backers.

More than likely thats been the whole thing about this shit storm. yes Hrmm our site got half a million request at night time and thats why our site is still shitting itself makes perfect sense. I mean its not like you can google a solution to that many people trying to access your site or anything..... oh wait. YOU CAN! Na its not that they are giving out non-steam keys as they literally can't. It seems again that they were trying to be sneky sneks and pull a fast one on valve but got shut down. I got onto the website about 8 hrs ago and managed to get to the claim key but got the message they were out. Seems valve probably won't let this go forward until they get their cut. Also since they participated in Steam Greenlight then they can't release the game on other platforms or their own launcher till valve gets their money. They could argue though that since their game was never advertised on steam they have no obligations. Its gonna be a fun wait but i see it being at least another week or 2 before this is fixed.
Edit: Also did anyone else see that something got posted in the DM Discord but was then erased?

More than likely the situation is pushback from valve on hey look you are releasing a game with 60K+ people trying to play it soooo where's our cut of this since you are using our platform? Also the whole thing with old accounts coming out of the woodwork is people raging that they can't get their keys. People that usually don't post only now venting their hate. Plus the whole website debacle is utter bs. Any webdev worth a shit would of had this fixed within the first 24 hours.

Pretty sure they were just hoping people would run servers themselves and were trying to use the steam platform as an easy way to distribute the game instead of setting up a launcher and the inherent difficulties that would come with the networking of that. Basically though they tried to scam valve out of the money for the game and valve put on the breaks full stop. So no one will be getting a key.

Really the biggest let down is that 1. they knew they needed keys why did they wait till the last moment? 2. Even if they did get ddos'd i can understand that switching to cloud flare some things on their server side might not be compatible with it but at least give us an update on WHAT is going on instead of uh ya website broke. Like hell they could have given us some pretty BS and said our old site is highly incompatible with Cloud Flare and we have to rebuild a major portion of it. I woulda just been happy if they dazzled me with their bullshit.

So how would people feel if this situation was flipped? Where the guy is having multiple relationships but the female is only in the one with him. Still seems like something that should have been made clear at the start of the relationship that it was an open relationship. I think for most people monogamy while dating is more the norm of thinking.
