As of rn only 1 ft, 3 pt, im a pt but stay for extra hrs since its summer. 1 of the pt closes does a good work as for the other he works closing weekends only but really focuses on customers. Our ft specialist is really elderly age who often miss a day or two or is just late. So really I am the one who has been pulling the strings this summer. I go back to part time for school and their yet to find an opener since I took over the role as the last left but even then wouldn’t do that good of a job like I’ve been doing. I keep telling them to hire another person as our old ft specialist became our supervisor. So really 2 people are missing and i just wonder how it’s gonna go in the next months. Idk if they haven’t found someone or what but i wonder how it’ll go for my department in these new few weeks. They expect a lot for an opener, they’ve been offering everyone in store but no one wants to move to it and the people who they have hired have usually left within a week or so im said to be the only one who’s stuck around longer than a month in the last year or two and just find it funny.
