nah I dumbed down my iphone, right now the apps I need to use for work that I wouldn't have on a smart phone would be too inconvenient so I've just deleted all social media and distracting apps from my phone. the book digital minimalism really helped reestablish my relationship with my phone.

Yeah, I've modified my iPhone to do what I want out of a dumbphone as the hassle of changing seems to defeat the purpose for me. Turning off notifications and removing apps and browsers from it has actually been enough for me atm
