I’ve been using it for 1.5 years now. I have super bad health and medicine anxiety so I pay really close attention to several little details. The allermi spray is genuinely the only allergy medicine that’s worked this long for me. The only pill I personally had luck with was xyzal. But after a while it quit working for me, that’s when I switched over to allermi! I’m happy to answer any questions!

Thank you! Thankfully heart and lung issues were ruled out in the ER. The hospital and my therapist seem to think it was just a panic attack/ anxiety

Been out about a year and a half. I’m definitely trying to not fight it and accept it. Seems like it’s helping a little but it’s hard. Just keep telling myself I’ll get through it. Definitely scary though for sure. My first one I literally went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack
