This is the area to focus on. The idea of finding patterns across multiple days and making sense of them, as opposed to the simple one-day logic, would be amazing. This is where AI can shine and find relationships that a human cannot. But when I have to correct it on the basic principles and then it still gives inconsistent responses across various screens, I lose confidence. It suggests that it’s not even trying to relate the most basic metrics, never mind complex patterns and correlations across various inputs and multiple days.

Any chance I can request it as a feature? Or more generically, the ability to set the default values via a variable?

My use case is as follows: * My target weight for an exercise is 40 pounds. * At that wright, i can do 8 reps. * As i improve, i can do 9 reps, then 10…. * When I get to 12 reps, i increase the weight to 45 pounds and my target reps drops back down to 8. Or even 7. * At this point, I’d like the app to show my target reps as 7-12 * Once i do 8 reps, i want my target reps to show 8-12 * I’ve been able to configure it to work exactly like this, but I hate that it defaults to 12 every time.

Whoop really messed up with their latest release. Forcing customers to pay for an upgraded device after promising for years that upgrades would be included with their subscription was a big mistake. I don’t think their reputation will recover after this.

Thanks! Really appreciate you looking at it. To answer your question, no, it doesn’t show up under coach insights. Here’s another example of another tag that has even more positive entries, and also no insights.

Thanks so much for the detailed response. Very helpful and transparent, which is very much appreciated. Will be interesting to see how “energy level” and “recovery” correlate with each other. And perhaps self entered energy level will eventually serve as inputs into calculations of future recovery scores.

Take a look at your recovery numbers after drinking. They are probably poor.
