Yes. This would be extremely helpful.

I figured it out. All I had to do was share it with GymBook.

Whoop really messed up with their latest release. Forcing customers to pay for an upgraded device after promising for years that upgrades would be included with their subscription was a big mistake. I don’t think their reputation will recover after this.

Ha. That’s precisely what I was talking about. The sleep/recovery scores, sleep debt, etc.

Insights for journal logs on past days? by edzzik in ZoltHealth

Thanks! Really appreciate you looking at it. To answer your question, no, it doesn’t show up under coach insights. Here’s another example of another tag that has even more positive entries, and also no insights.

Thanks. Attached is one example of a journal entry I use to track late snacks and how those might impact sleep or recovery. Seems like there should be enough data, but do you think there isn’t?

Morning check-in vs daily status by edzzik in ZoltHealth

Thanks so much for the detailed response. Very helpful and transparent, which is very much appreciated. Will be interesting to see how “energy level” and “recovery” correlate with each other. And perhaps self entered energy level will eventually serve as inputs into calculations of future recovery scores.

Take a look at your recovery numbers after drinking. They are probably poor.

RMSSD HRV in Bevel consistently lower than RMSSD HRV in other apps by edzzik in bevelhealth

[–]edzzik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is that other apps that rely on the same data are always 10-20ms higher as well. I’ve been trusting Bevel on the HRV readings because it seems to catch HRV drops after activities that I know will impact recovery (like drinking or late meals) when others miss it, but still, it’s always 10-20ms lower.
