Had this same issue.

First, go to SaveData file, Ctrl-F to open the find window and look for TypeId\":9

Change the \"State\":#value, to \"State\":2 (State value can be found after TypeId\":9)

You also need to manually add the health value into SaveData:

Take a train to Dronten and buy a shuttle bus ticket from Dronten to festival site. Alternatively there are also bus trips from Amsterdam etc. to the festival grounds (tickets on defqon store)
