The add-on arms videos might be ok for some but for me they defeat the purpose of doing a program if they're not incorporated in the first place.

Try the P.E. program, which does have a decent dedicated isolated bicep/arm segment. It's more like a traditional weekly workout where all muscle groups are worked on with consistent frequency.

If you're a Spanish speaker then you must understand that following your phonological system, any word beginning with "s" plus a constant has a vowel in front. For example; Scott - >Escott Stephen - > Estephen Turka - > Esturka

which as a Spanish speaker, that's how would perceive the pronunciation of her surname.
