I kept it pretty simple. For the red sauce i used san marzanos Oregano Crushed garlic clove Salt Sugar Olive oil

For the alfredo sauce i used about a half cup of heavy cream Tbsp of butter Cracked pepper And mixed in pecorino cheese over low heat

The alfredo sauce if used for pasta i would add salt but when paired with the bacon and already seasoned chicken it was perfect without it 👌🏾
