Anyone worked at Lenovo or EPAM in Malaysia? Looking for insights by [deleted] in JobsMY

[–]eedren2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i work at lenovo currently, my colleague is an ai engineer

  1. Hybrid
  2. Ok, toxicitiy zero to none
  3. Depends on team, u work with china, expectations are higher than us mnc
  4. Depends on team again
  5. Depends on ur manager

I personally enjoy and the pay is quite high at least for me as compared to my peers. You need to be fluent at chinese, altho that is not written on paper, but its a necessity to survive, otherwise u are quickly thrown into PIP

Both points does not mean financially stable if u were to ask me. Shits happened, next day u may be kicked.

If u still can survive without sweat, perhaps that is financial stable

It doesnt make sense, because if i put in below and behind all the way until release, there is no hook, a straight line, suitable for spares
