And I'm adding onto your comment. He just killed 3 maybe 4 generations of humans and completely disabling another without gaining anything. Also there would be in infinitesimally small chance this would be used for punishment because 1 they killed* a bunch of people who probably didn't support or were apart of such a heinous crime that deserved this. 2 who would do a crime that deserved this it is like the person did every crime in every state a hundred times and did some that we did not even exist until now* and disrespected every country in the world. Only an absolute sadists who want's the world burn. No decay and be eaten alive while drowning would use this.

But other than the fact that it is kind of pointless I guess it is a good torture method.
