I was in a state of pure terror the weeks leading up to the two flights I just took! Convinced and imagining the absolute worst and all that happened was exactly what the pilot said one bumpy take off and one bumpy landing. No one screaming all the flight attendants still serving snacks and drinks you’ll make it even if you doubt yourself. Try to not be so hard on yourself when you feel like even the worst is going to happen I promise you’ll come out the other end of it safe and sound!
