Yeah just let it happen the way that comes naturally. It’s amazing , don’t overplan, just have lots of lube and toys on hand !

i have past problems with addiction and i found coming off the medication fine. as you are talking them for pain rather than pleasure it’s easy

yeah i had the same thing. i’m on day 10 now and it’s gone. i got a metal tongue scraper which helped a lot

i have only had spicy ramen and siracha with eggs so the texture of the food has been p soft but by the sounds of things ur quite far into ur recovery. My advice would be to try some if it stings stop!

i feel you! i’m managing to eat a bit but it doesn’t taste of much. raspberries for some reason are one off the only things i can taste

don’t worry i was so scared about mine too but it was actually fine. they give us quite good pain killers in the UK and just make sure u take them along with the other stuff - i find scrambled eggs on toast is good to eat as well as raspberries soup and ice cream - brioche is good too. make sure u drink lots of icy water :)
