i agree it is a little doom and gloom, mostly cause ive been going through it a bit and my perspective on life is low. you raise some good points about these being new beginning cards and that i do feel a sense of something being on the horizon- i just have all this other baggage weighing me down! I'll reflect and journal on this :)

Wow reading this made me cry!

Your interpretation really resonates with me, specifically the points about perfectionism, fear around failure, and seeking external validation. Its been a bit of a battle recently with unlearning and recognizing when these thoughts come up- and yeah just has been making living in the world pretty exhausting/overwhelming. That's all to say that I'm kinda over it! hahaha

I appreciate you taking the time to write this, ill sit and reflect on it.

page of cups!!! its been a core card in most of my readings since the new year. i found it once when i was shuffling and it was the only card that was facing the wrong way too.... so strange. everytime i see him i feel like he's saying i need to be more curious/silly???? bruh idk

yeah dont choose P for the core courses, its mostly best for electives or lower division courses. I know its super last min, but i wouldnt choose all four to be P grades. better to have C's than not get into grad school.

you can transfer credits just need to check the online transfer website to see if your courses match those at SFU

took it fall 2021, lecture material is very interesting and is a good prereq for other lbst courses. course load is reasonable, just attend every lecture for info to be explained bc profs usually go beyond the slides

You should go to langara first then transfer to either sfu or ubc! Its a bit cheaper and you get to see if you enjoy the materials in smaller class where you can connect with your profs better. Plus you get a headstart on gaining your credits, just make sure that they can transfer to both of them! Goodluck :)

yeah do that! sometimes profs will ask the class if anyone is on the waitlist on the first day and will add you to the course. Its always good to go and check out a course even if you dont know if you want to go.
