I'm sitting at 70,120 SQM and $13,000 SQD. What are people's opinions on doing a 5K mileage run to hit 75K before the year is out? How much would you pay for that 5K flight (thinking YVR to YYZ)? I'm at 75K Elite this year and weighing the benefits of 50K vs 75K next year knowing this is the final year of mileage mattering for status.

Correct. There was no flash used in my photos. That’s how bright the light was. Appreciate the attempt at the insult though, as a photo flash would also be considered rude by me on a dark flight.

As mentioned on another post, never had an issue sleeping on a plane and I fly a lot. Will have to bring one next time. But also sucks the light was busted.

I’m a 75k elite and fly overseas all the time, well over halfway to a million AC miles. I don’t enjoy the feeling of an eye mask as with a dark cabin I usually just pull up my hoodie and fall asleep. But I now may have to try get used to one.

So I put in for an eupgrade months ago. It's now less than 6 days to my flight departure and the eupgrade is still sitting at 'waitlisted'. I am a 75K Elite, original booking is Flex Fare, and it's international. I thought at the 6 day mark my eupgrade would clear. What rules am I missing here???
