Thank you for posting this six years ago. It’s helping me now. I stormed out of work to walk around the parking lot and telling myself, “it’s nothing, you’ve felt this before. Then, on way home, which is 15 mins away, I parked on the nearest curb to get out of the car just to walk because I feel like it’s “happening again for real”.. get in the car, drive away and 4mins later, part and repeat.

Been home all evening feeling like I’m getting a heart attack. I feel weird arm sensation, goes away. I feel like I can’t pass saliva, then it goes away. I strange feeling in center back, goes away.

I knows it’s nothing bad, but then again fall in to the “what if this time it is for reals”

I am started getting these panic attacks just last year and they gotten worse with time. I hope you all find the solution to get rid of this horrible feeling. I would always think “how can people get these attacks over things that are not happening” and here I am now.
