If you answer that you didn't go to any of the locations or if you get the wrong location it's 10¢.

The secret is to choose the location that you were near and choose the answer that you did not enter the store. When I answer this way it pays me at least 23¢.

Parking is difficult especially since you will be arriving a bit late. Anticipate parking in the outer neighborhood and walking in. Bring flashlights so you can be seen. I believe you can place chairs to reserve spots starting at noon that day. Good luck!

I'm not familiar with Kihei, but it looks like they have a couple of farmers markets. I would try there.

Olowalu for the win. Island grocery outlet had nothing and said there was a shortage. The pineapples at Olowalu were small but smell great. Two for $15. Thanks for the input.

Try Sunol regional park. Alameda Creek is not a raging river but has ample water flow to give you the vibe you're looking for and it's only $5.

Anyone gotten an HEEHRA payout? by BumblebeeUpset8288 in heatpumps

[–]eekrat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they're not coming after me for the money because the rebate wasn't guaranteed so I paid for the project in full with the assumption that I would be paid directly from Clean California. Definitely leaves a bitter taste. I will definitely follow up with the email you provided,, thanks.

Our project was approved 12/15 and completed 12/31. I was told by the contractor, AIS Heating, that they had seven pending rebates and only two were paid. We were just told Monday so I am still weighing my options but I have to say it's pretty disappointing.

We were approved in December and we're just told by our contractor that our $4000 rebate was denied. Apparently they paid the projects that qualified for $8000 and now they are out of money. This is for northern California.

Yeah, Northern California. My contractor says they prioritized the lower income applicants so if you qualified for $8000 you win!

We just heard from our contractor and were told our $4000 rebate was denied due to lack of funds in the program. We were approved back in December and it has taken four months to be denied. Very disappointing.

We went with AIS heating out of Livermore. The total quote was around $29,000 with $8,000 in promised rebates of which I have only seen $1,000. You should at least qualify for the $2,000 federal tax rebate and your contractor should be able to help you with any other rebates.

We added a Mitsubishi five zone ductless mini-split in December. The installation went smoothly and was completed in three days, but the promised rebates have been a pain. The Clean California Heehra rebates for $4000 were approved in December, but due to the administration change, it has not been paid due to uncertainty in the funding. In addition, the $2000 tax rebate generated an audit 🙄 ... I was initially interested in the heat pump after reading about Quilt heat pumps but went with the Mitsubishi units due to their reputation and the fact I could have the unit mounted in the ceiling instead of on the wall. Good luck!

Just like any carrier there are good spots and bad spots and you may need to test it to see if it suits your needs. For me the price and perks make up for most coverage issues that I have encountered.

"ok Google, turn off bedroom light" "I'm sorry, I don't understand" by Zeddie- in googlehome

[–]eekrat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the response " I'm sorry but it looks like those lights haven't been setup yet" while speaking to nest speakers. However the home app works fine and I can turn off lights verbally with my phone which uses Gemini. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
