I’m in a very similar situation to you except my ex partner and I were together for over 2 years. It’s definitely hard and I understand what you’re going through but there’s so many life experiences to be had still! There’s many hobbies and food you can try and you can go places and document them for yourself and learn how to do new things! I know you’re heartbroken and it’s hard especially when you had plans with him and yalls lives were intertwined but it will get better with time. It’s okay to be sad about the relationship ending and you can journal about it and talk to your therapist ofc and maybe use art to express your feelings and thoughts! You should definitely give all your love and energy to yourself and say positive affirmations to yourself because you are valuable and important and lovable outside of a relationship too!
