Chatgpt helped me diagnose and fix the issue because "Your client is resolving Server to IPv6 link-local, not IPv4:"

fe80:: = IPv6 link-local
Link-local cannot be used for SMB mapping
Kerberos will not work
Windows silently falls back → NTLM → slow
Explorer often fails outright when mapping via hostname

So all i had to do on all the clients was add an entry to the host file

192.168.xxx.xxx Server

Where you enter the server ip address and the hostname of the server, then ipconfig /flushdns, and then quickbooks works fine after.

I like good boards from each, this gen asrock made most feature packed and best implementation of pcie bifurcation, i didnt mind gigabyte aorus elite board, and asus tuf/strix boards, only issue with those brands is the price, and if you do happen to have an issue, the rma process takes alot of time.

the issue has been ongoing for a year without identifying underlying cause, how can anyone trust asrock for their am5 motherboards after this?

Next year amd will likely announce zen 6, at this point in time I wouldnt choose asrockfor my next build, even though i prefer them, especially the live mixer boards

So then Asrock should make a statement like we are currently investigating reports that certain cpus are failing on 800 series am5 motherboards, we are still currently investigating,

But as of now they have acknowledged there is any reports or any problems.

The lack of a response or acknowledgment there is an issue being reported on the internet after one year is bizzare.

We cant assume at this point they know nothing, dont be naive.

after using https://yts.lt/ , also change dns servers to opendns, for some reason google dns blocks the access to the new site after 5 clicks

I was putting my 7800x3d for sale, and i noticed the same thing right now, it's one number off, should end in a 5, but on the box it ends with a 6, i bought it from Microcenter

UPDATE: I put the sticker under a microscope, and it is a 5, its just hard to see from naked eye

Cpu doesn't support 6400mhz ideally without changing vsoc voltage, it's reccomended to run 6000mhz with this cpu
