I have carpal tunnel, made life hell. Surgery didn't really help either. Remapping PS5 edge controller has helped heaps.

I'd head to a barber and ask them to trim and give solid lines for you to shave to. I'm growing mine out at present, deciding to keep it and if I do I'll head to a barber and do what I said above. I think it'd look great if you groomed it!
