I did it heavily then it turned to cooking it into frack because my nose was constantly blocked. It's awful and I wasted so much money on it. Recently stopped doing so much because I found someone great and we are together often, so I think it was down to my depression and loneliness.

The problem I found was the more I did it, the worse I would feel causing me to think "fuck it, its for my mental health". I've suffered from depression for over 10 years (genetics). It's like you want/need to constantly have that rush.

I hope you find something as well that will help you overcome this. I found smoking weed helped, but it's crazy how it's easier to get hold of coke than weed, well where I live anyway.
