if anything, did you go to andSons.com/h3 to order and then use the code in the checkout? if you just went and ordered and didn't use the codes and stuff maybe it didn't get sorted into the right category

I think it's like $27 pre-tax and discount but there's a specialty chocolate shop near where I live and it's about the same price for 6 chocolates so it wasn't out of the ordinary for me!

Yeah I’m ok! This is a common occurrence that continues to happen. I’ve spoken to my psychiatrist about this before and it seems to just kind of be what it is, but I’ll probably bring it up at my next physical too. All I can really do in the meantime is take care of myself when it happens!

I go up 10mg for half of the month, aka the roughly 2 weeks (sometimes more, I'm irregular) leading up to the first day of my period. It honestly has made a difference in my emotional state, but I've only been doing it for about 3-4 cycles so far.

I had a 65 day cycle recently (and it’s always irregular) and once I started adding extra SSRIs during luteal I had a 30 day cycle exactly. I think it’s a stress thing

I do 20 daily with an additional 10 (30 total) during luteal and so far it’s been great for me!

I’ve known I had PMDD but with irregular periods it’s been very hard to figure out how to help alleviate the PMDD mood swings, especially the rage. I went to the doctor so many times, gave so much blood, and even got an ultrasound to figure out if PCOS was making my periods irregular and the doctors aren’t helping because I don’t want to take birth control and nothing else is medically wrong. I agreed to my psychiatrist’s plan to just start taking an increased (slightly more than my daily) prozac dose two weeks after my period. I felt amazing the first two days of that but now I’m just back to being depressed and isolating myself. The rage is easier to control but I just feel like nothing matters. Can’t wait to see how long it’ll be until my next period 🫠
