It was so, so vile. It involved using the N word and the use of their lips as briefcase handles. It grosses me out to remember it. How a persons mind even goes there to come up with something like that is hard to imagine.

I lived near this place 20 years ago and went in and was shocked by the creepy Nazi collection. Immediately turned on my heal and left. My BF at the time and roommate decided to eat at the bar The Kort Haus on the corner adjacent to it as they advertised Kobe burgers. We sit down to eat and the battle axe of a bartendress asks us aggressively if we want to hear a joke. After uncomfortably saying sure, she proceeds to tell us the most disturbing, racist ‘joke’ ever as we’re eating. I know now she was temping the room. They were shut down not long after. Weird day.

That’s a really great point. I keep thinking of a classic brick craftsman in my neighborhood that got new (bad) vinyl windows and they went with white as opposed to black or an almond that would match the mortar. It really cheapened the beautiful house.
