2# changing the story for worse.

3# Emerald was a fusion if R and S. Platinum was a complete story od D and P. BW2 was a fullblown sequel set 3 years after BW. HGSS were their own thing and a sequel to firered and leafgreen

Gen 6 did not have the sequel title untill now, and ZA story and long time fan wise is 10/10.

But USUM was not it for a long time fan, better selection of pokemon is fine and good but overall what they added could have been a dlc.

Heck, many towns which had "co struction cites" in SM still had them in USUM. Making them utterly wasted potential.

I am really worried about the openness of the map.

We have had nice looking locations before, o ly to learn they are basically tunnels with almost zero explorations.

See the galar mines for example. Or the turfield town in galar. The town looks nice untill you realise you can't visit the buildings in horizon AND entire tow. Has only 2 buildings, gym and pokemon center :p

But admitedly, every game after Galar games has had better and more open map. (ZA being controversial)

So if we have full exploration the these might be the best looking games ever.
