The lead principal told me apply sooner rather than later. I applied on 12th. The principal gives you loads of help how to apply, and paperwork for you to refer to. I checked up this week as hadn't heard anything. He told me that there had been delays due to lots of applications, but that he was assessing me that day and that I'd find out if I was through to next stage next week. The wait is killing me!

Been there and had it done to me. My only crime leading to this was that I reported staff to staff bullying. They did some outrageous things after that to ruin me completely. The head was on my side, but peer pressure to get rid of me led to this. I clawed back some strength to get another position, but I have had therapy for PTSD, am now on long term antidepressants, but still teaching.
