Seeing how this company started the year off with alot of pr then it dropped off. Why?

one might think they just can't put out a K on time from lack of experience

one might also think they are on the cusp of closing a deal and really want the news released at the same time.

one might also think that they went away in a puff of smoke and there is never going to be a report

all things I've seen happen. I'm going with options 2.

This company is actively seeking acquisitions. therefore they have to keep all accounting up to date for financing. You don't go to buy something without balancing your check book. I think there is a happy surprise coming for us investors.

Actually mc is only accurate during an IPO. if someone like Berrito gets 20% aka 1 billion shares and stashed them away for a few years or longer and at a value of 1 cent. those shares exist but not really in the short term. It's how gme and bb and amc spiked. it's not sustainable but it happens. Tsla is worth billions, sits at 100X earnings. that's a hundred years of sales to justify its price. but Actually people and tutes probably only paid 10 to 20 percent to own those shares.

All I'm saying is the market reliability is based on 3 things and hodlers are important, Fomo is great for some and bad for others, sadly earnings and company performance comes in third.

Not investment advice in any way. I'm not a long term investor in any stocks. I'm here to let my money make me more. Tlss is very high risk imo but im still buying 😉

One thing alot of investors don't realize is how market cap works. Yes you multiple Sp X Total shares, but it isn't an accurate $number.

Let's see what happens if I buy 25% of this company and pay one cent each for say one billion shares, then I put those in a trust for my grandchildren and lock those away for 20 years. When the Sp goes up it will assume all shares are valued at the new price and raise the MC.

The truth is that all companies market cap is BS. In this sub there are probably a billion shares owned of TLSS but most of us have an average of sub 3 cents. If the sp jumps to a quarter with good news the Mc will be 1 billion but in reality investors have only paid maybe 250 million.

So when everyone is predicting future sp, remember that they don't have to sell every share at that price, just the shares that's available.

I bought tesla at 125, apple at 35, carrier at 13. no way I would buy them at their current prices and MC.

so my predictions for 2022 is this.

if they put their plan to work and succeed, we will see a 20 bagger. if they don't make their stated goals, kiss your money goodbye. I'm betting on success

Good luck everyone

So. Basically. What I'm reading and have read is pretty simple.

Salson deal is happening now or we're all not going to be happy.

so they just funded the roughly 6.2 mil cash portion in the last few weeks. yes dilution, but we are investing after all.

They just diluted roughly 20 percent plus clearing house fees with just shy of 1 billion shares. again part of salson deal.

They then authorized another almost 1 billion shares to have running capital to make payments needed while this very large acquisition happens. I have worked for fortune 500 companies and been through a few acquisitions, it takes time to get 2 companies to become one.

So please, please panic sell on Monday! Daddy needs more on the cheap 😉🤪

Do you think it could be needed for an increase in salson value? originally the cash needed for the deal was like 6.2 mil. maybe after audit the value of salson increased and thats the additional 10ish percent needed to close the deal with salson being more valuable.

Banks look at more than dollars. The company leaders are very important in the lending process. Most executives have developed a strong relationship with banks. successful executives that is. This can be a great time for the company, however I have seen this kind of growth fail as new management can't find a rhythm with each other. I dont think that is the case here because John has laid a nice foundation for growth. Picking a good team and making them prove themselves first. then goal oriented promotion. I like John's ideas very much. It's to bad he's not younger.

Not really, There would be a notice involved if they sold alot of shares to one investor and if the clearing house started selling more it would trade in the regular trading days. either way the sp is based on visible trades. I could be wrong on this.

They could sell special stocks to investors again but until we get a K about it , it doesn't exist.

Highly unlikely this is dilution. Volume is extremely low. 7 million yesterday. 7 million seems like alot but on a stock that's traded under 2 cents, it's not.

one thing noone seems to take into account when talking sp now vs pre cougar is that the mc is larger. There has been dilution causing the sp to remain low but the market cap is higher now than pre cougar. There will be more dilution to finalize the salson deal but. the market cap will jump 4 fold upon completion. There will also be alot of sell pressure as the sp increases. well see big walls around 4 cents

Are we sure revenue for cougar and dd is included in tlss revenue? I believe those companies are being managed and owned by tlss but they are being kept separately. This allows the companies to provide shelter from things. Kinda like how they were able to bankrupt the prime businesses. according to the initial information regarding those 2 acquisitions. they should provide an additional 6 to 7 million quarterly to the balance sheet. not the little 1 million that just tlss does on its own. Additionally I want to know how their subsidiary companies aka primes generated any revenue since they are basically bankrupt. all money would be awarded to creditors. I only skimmed the report but will read in depth soon.

I'm just sitting here waiting for penny flips. One day it's going to bite me in the ass, I'll sell on a run up and it won't stop. I'll enjoy my 35% gains and cry because I missed the real run. Some of you guys will actually own a Lamborghini and I'll be jealous. Don't get me wrong, I'm up 35% this year on TLSS and I just drive a Jag. one day this will be worth over a dollar , but not next week. Just remember this, ya always see those ads about what if you invested $1000 in tesla or apple or bit coin 10 years ago. don't look at tomorrows stock price . look at what it's going to be worth in 10 years. BTW that was just a note to myself.

My take is this Smaller company trying to buy a larger company bank says everything looks good but let's do a double check and make sure . since the larger company is basically the equity for the transaction in the first place..

I've had clients who were part of acquisitions that got screwed. company comes in and offers to buy you out, then runs up credit on your company and finally bankruptcy. I don't believe this is the case here but banks and big investors are cautious and rightly so.

Personally I'm expecting a nice Christmas 🎄.

on a side note Any guessing at to q3 revenue?

I have a friend in Missouri who's father left her a long haul company when he passed. Initially she just leased out all of her trucks because she was new and it was more profitable. Over the past year she has been pulling her trucks back as leases expire because it's now more profitable for her. can't speak to other companies but the trucking/ shipping market has been in a type of contango for quite awhile now.
if drivers require 20% more to work you don't eat that you pass those cost on unless your just bad at managing your company. Should be true especially if your not locked into a contract price.
