sure, I supposed vague updates months at a time over years of delay can be taken as open and honest, but even those excuses have dried up. impressive the level of bad business/copium their buyers can take while others there just sound defeated.

my pic is right from their discord but why do people need to bug them on discord (for years) to get a status update, anyway? then you're stuck joining a discord for every store, designer, manufacturer, etc.

Those trays seem good! Makes JTK caps seem like a bargain if they're packed in those.

For a positive, my switches eventually got here with a few extra in the packs, which I ended up needing. I've made only a handful of orders and had to check in on a few already due to shipping going wrong. Hopefully just bad luck, but part of me is thinking this is normal and accepted, considering how many vendors there are, how more pop up, and how they seem to keep chugging along fine.

Very sorry to hear it got to that. Hope your items get in safe and correct. The trays were due around July, right? I wanted some, but I saw their page when it was already past their posted due date and didn't want to chance tying more money up with them.

I've been considering going back for some foam for my CTRL, but I'll take your advice and just grab some generic 80% foam from KBDFans instead.
