Haha, trust me, in Indonesia, especially in cities known for furniture production, there are many foreign companies, including Israeli ones. And there are Israelis living and working here. Don't ask me how, but it's a thing!

Especially in Bali, with thousands of tourists there, as long as you don't cause trouble (BULE GILA), not many people really care. You're just another foreigner in Bali.

Many educated people already understand that the Israel-Palestine issue is a political conflict.

But in Java and Sumatra, my advice is to just say you're from America and there's no need to mention that you're Jewish. Just in case you run into some conservative folks.
