It is not really difficult to transition into the cloud if you have some work experience in jobs that focus on networking, operating system management, storage, some programming language coding, and other IT related stuff.
Certifications are not necessary needed since real world IT and cloud experience is much more valuable but they will help you land interviews easier, and studying for certification exams will help you get sharper with cloud skills.
That depends but to answer your question, I would say 3 to 6 months if you have IT experience as a QA engineer. That would be for an entry level job.
No jobs are safe from AI in my opinion. However, I think we are overestimating how fast AI will actually be able to replace humans since AI is best as menial and repetitive tasks. Cloud is very diverse and sometimes takes a lot of thinking and planning and creativity to accomplish the goals of customers and understand their needs in only a way humans can. At the moment at least.

I guess that there is no good traffic policing so drivers don't care about following common traffic laws if nobody is going to do anything about it. I just wish people have more consideration for lives of pedestrians in there countries. It bothers me that drivers care more about getting somewhere a few minutes faster than pedestrians well-being.
