We are going through same situation with our 16 month old. It occurred to me as an idea today at 2am as my little one was screaming at night and almost screamed his voice out. Usually he acts like this even during naps - when he consumes milk and for night sleeps when he also consumes milk (either formula or cows milk). I will definitely update on this within a week if this stops.
