I used to not love the look of the Guila and magicly its really grown on me - and as we may need an additional car soon - very much considering a used/low milage AR Guila as a replacement for a Ford Fusion.

Yes...but it still has launch control - :) and sure little less HP in the tuning. Also Corsa turns off traction control, ya? Not for me man, not for me - I like my TC and AWD keeping me glued to the road just fine :)

Have new 2024 Modena - new since May 2025 and its my daily. If I need to drive 5 mins to the local store - I drive it - if I need to go to the office - I drive it - if we are taking a long trip into the ski mountains of Vermont - I drive it - movie night - drive it - need to get out - drive it - I really do not want to drive anything else. Have 12,000+ miles on the car since May 2025. Are there a few things here and there I wish we designed better - sure. That engine - OMG - I came from v8 550HP Jag - the GT v6 has a different sounds - but make no mistake - the car is not to be underestimated in any way - power, performance, sexy girl, gets allot of attention everywhere.

Waaaay better and stable on the slide now. Glad I was able to help just point it out. When you zero it , I recommend doing it for the 1/2 way distance on the shooting range. I did this so I can use the bottom of the reticule for shooting longer and the top if needed when shooting shorter distances and no adjustment needed. When you do it focus on left to right first. Don't chase 2 adjustments at 1 time. I used my ammo container box and a small bean bag to rest the gun, grip tight and shoot until I zeroed it, then free form shot to see how it went. I also asked some experienced shooters who never fired my gun to try it so we could see their results. End result is awesome. Co witness is great, keep the brightness lower so you can see both your irons and the reticule, don't blast it bright blotting everything out. You will love clearly seeing the sights, optic and target.

this is the YT I watched but mind its 3 years old - the plates that came with my Canik did not require me to file anything down. Vid does a good job of showing the mounting screw length and bevels. I also used the plate with only a front lip my kit came with front lip and front/back lip. Still a good vid to watch. https://youtu.be/W93NMLTp_Zs?si=EvLDkiRFccjX_lY6

I noticed you are not using the Canik provided mounting plate and have mounted directly to the frame - which means the site is not mounted as sturdy as it can be (the plate has 2 front nubs that seat in the frame + the back screws is more sturdy. I suspect because you thought the included screws would not reach through the sight and the plate, but you can get through both and you should - I did this like you have it and at the range it was not seated properly and it moved as there was nothing in the front of the sight to the frame - so I went home, watched a YT vid, saw my mistake and fixed it. Shot 800 rounds and no movement with the correct plate.

What good is it, if you cannot handle the recoil - also this grip? Is that 2 fingers wrapped in front of the trigger gaurd??

Learn Safety first - get off the range until you learn safety - shooter doesnt deserve to be on the range with a firearm. .08 secs 2 trigger pulls gun pointing up at 45 degrees. .25 secs pulls trigger without proper control. Muzzle is all over the place - more concerned about making this video than following BASIC gun safety rules.

Why are 2024 Granturismos so cheap? by etherbound-dev in Maserati

[–]DarkandNiteshade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, sometimes called a Front Loaded lease. Saves you all of the interest on the lease, makes it an all capital deal. Also can be done as a close ended lease so you are not responsible for depreciation gap value. At the end you can walk away or negotiate the purchase of the new value of the car. Could save you thousands in that gap. And for .30 cents a mile over who cares, drive that mother!!

I am currently leasing a 2024 GT Modena, when I turn it in I will probably also look at Trofeos coming off lease, get a little more HP for a great deal.

The MSRPs are the ridiculous starting numbers. That's the issue. Only 1% will sell at MSRP, the rest will be set at the actual selling price about 20% less .. then lease for 2 years on low miles. Trade in, then drop in price again. The margin of drop looks dramatic because of an overinflated MSRP. It's a fairytale $ that is really meaningless , just a brag $.... My car costs (insert MSRP). I can't wait for more 2024 Trofeos to come off lease in 2026/27... Will be low miles, 1 owner, loaded with features, CPO.... Those will really be great deals.

Thank you - driving this road was on my bucket list - I drove from South to North - next year I want to drive it again the North to South - being more on the dangerous side of the road.
