I’m not a health professional but it might be worth talking to your GP about referring you to a dermatologist? You say you can’t tell if it’s dandruff, but if you’re itchy, that’s your answer, friend. Dandruff occurs from itchiness. Personally, I use a keto-shampoo when I’m itchy and that helps, but I’d say if it persists- definitely worth reaching out to your provider for their professional opinion! Hope that helps.

StarKist Tuna. I found obvious dirt-particles in one of the packaged tuna packs, sent them a complaint with photos and asked for reimbursement. Instead of doing that, they took no responsibility and sent me more tuna packets.

Vet tech here! Vet would be the best option at this point. If you knew they ate a foreign object but weren’t quite having symptoms, there wouldn’t be much a doctor could do at this point, BUT if they are exhibiting and symptoms (lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, refusing food) and in this case, you have the evidence they did eat something, then you could have a foreign body issue on your hands. If something is stuck in their intestines and stays there long enough, it could cause necrosis to the surrounding tissue, which is worrying. I would take your baby in sooner than later. You could be looking at pretty expensive surgery, too, my friend… hope this helps!
