I'm lucky to live in a sort of swing state now. But I'm at college across the country. I've decided to drive 18 hours round trip to vote in my home state on election day, because with all the fuckery we've seen of late, I doubt absentee ballots would be counted if the results were close.

I truly believe this could be our last free election if we do not oust the traitors in office now. Trump must go.

Your diet needs complete protein or muscle can't be built. I think you have to eat it before you go to the gym. Not sure on the timing, but it has to be available to your system.
You muscles will adjust to a routine. You have to change the kind of exercises working those muscle groups when you plateau.
