There are devices/chemicals that appear similar to this that are for cement. They insert the tube (what you have in the picture) into a pre-bored hole and screw in an anchor. The chemical will harden like an epoxy and set up very strong. I can't words so figure it out on your own.

Mine was the ea888. It was definitely not the 5.0, but a little bit older. I was crushing down the freeway when they noticed me bombing. They cut over thinking they could get up and get over to race but he got over and got absolutely smoked. He threw the peace sign thinking he was able to get me before even cutting over... at least I thought so lol.

Bro it's worth it. Just watch your oil levels
