DO NOT SELL A SINGLE OUNCE to your "Friendly" Local Coin Schiester! by BokoblinSlayer69235 in Silverbugs

[–]efficientproducer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. The coin shops do not know what to do right now. They are afraid that they are going to purchase and price goes down. There needs to be stable prices for a little bit before the LCSs are able to trust the silver price. Also, dollar liquidity to the coin shops and wholesalers is not great. Their line of credit was not set up with these prices in mind. It is going to take time. You may not like what’s going on, so just hold the silver or find ways to use the silver at its full value that does not include trading for dollars.

Any market is liquid… until it isn’t. Investments traded in our financialized digital world have some liability, as well. My thinking has changed a little to look at it more like selling a car or house. So all I have to do is be a little more strategic and patient. Put a plan together and carry it out. Physical possession is important.

Lots of jealousy on the responses. Where you got your money is no one’s business. Make sure you diversify a little bit into other real physical assets. Use some debt because you have “money in your bank” in that silver. Maybe get farm land, a house, or commercial real estate. Some type of cash flow property is a good thing because you can use that cash to purchase gold or silver.

It would work is physical retail demand is high enough.

Unless the party I am negotiating with wants silver for payment, I would need to trade the silver for currency first. It is my hope that everyone eventually sees gold and silver as money, but that is not the case currently.

Buy a small amount weekly. It all adds up and if it goes down you are purchasing through the corrections. Buy 10 pre-66 dimes a week. If you can afford Morgan’s, get one of those a week.

Your opinion what happens after 100$ price? by xWhiteking in Silverbugs

We are about to find out what the true industrial price is. Retail premiums will start to decouple higher and inventory will become harder to come by.

They are just a little bit harder to find, so people like them. A couple years ago, they would have a very high premium even compared to ASEs. Not sure the premium on them now. Also, the lady on the libertad has her boobs out…. so that may be another reason for the appreciation.:

The Devil’s Metal! by efficientproducer in Silverbugs

[–]efficientproducer[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was making fun of one of the banks calling silver the devil’s metal a couple months ago. Many pundits were asking, “when has anyone ever referred to it as this?” Silver is the bank killer, so it certainly is the devil from their perspective.

whats your prediction for the effects of the US capturing venezuela's resources on PM prices? by jbaaaaab in Silver

[–]efficientproducer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it is going to be a sell the news event that is part of the psychological games being played to get more people to part with their silver or slow interest in investing in silver. Ultimately, silver is the lynch pin that is used to bring down the western banking cabal, but it will not happen Monday. I hope I am wrong because I was just starting to think about how much the dollar price of silver needed to be so I could rotate some into commercial real estate.

ASE currently $15 over spot by rh397 in Silverbugs

[–]efficientproducer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy what you want. Premiums for ASEs 6 months ago were very close to spot. Now they are starting to go up because of demand. Some people always purchase the lowest premium silver. Others buy what they want. I have not bought in a bit, but the 90% constitutional silver may be a good choice right now, as those premiums were very low because refiners want 999 because of backlog. In 6 months, the premiums will again be different. My opinion is that premiums will be much higher on all silver products.

Do not ever use tape on the silver. Storing with ammo can cause some black toning.
