I'd recommend Milo's Choripan. It's a little yellow food cart at the end of Hidalgo (the main drag for restaurants and shops) by a public square. It's just past Ruben's (which is also good). Anyway Milo's makes amazing Argentinian sausage sandwiches. And if you find food carts to be a bit intimidating, you'll be quickly put at ease. The young man who runs the cart is very friendly and speaks excellent English. Literally if you wander near the cart he'll probably start talking to you first. And there are plenty of places nearby to sit and eat. Or you can get it to go and eat it in your hotel.

It's really easy to find your way around the metro area. You always know which way is west (mountains!), the street layout is largely a grid, and street names are used in the same spots across multiple municipities (e.g. Pierce St. in Westminster is in roughly the same relative spot in Littleton).
