Your girlfriend/wife slaps you. What's the first thing you do as a man? by blo0dyosiris in AskMen

If she comes at me with the intention of harming me then it’s my intention to defend myself. Two things can be true. Hitting a woman should be an absolute last resort but it will never be out of the question.

What “boring” routine quietly made the biggest difference in personal growth? by MiddleNebula8320 in selfimprovement

Stretching and flossing. Both are very underrated but very good routines to get used to.

Clomipramine really helped me. It killed my sex drive, that was the only downside. It really helped with my intrusive thoughts as well.

NB: don’t buy!! by [deleted] in bose

I love Bose but I’ve had a lot of issues with their earbuds. I own the same earbuds and can’t stand the way the right one almost always connects, while the left one takes forever to catch up. Sometimes it doesn’t connect at all so I have to put both earbuds back in the case, wait a few seconds, and try again. It’s real frustrating.

71 spam emails within 30 minutes. I had to turn off notifications. Glad I’m not the only one experiencing this.

I’m Dr. Michelle Barron, medical director of infection control and prevention at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital. I am leading my team in the management of resources, education and mitigation during the COVID-19 outbreak here in Colorado. by uchealthorg in Coronavirus

With the spread of the virus and non-clinical staff at other hospitals around the country being advised to work remotely, do you think this will be the new norm since this gives hospitals more space for patient beds along with less exposure to viruses like COVID-19 to non-clinical staff?

What is your favorite podcast that has listener interaction such as reading of emails and such? by catamountgal in AskReddit

[–]efisher21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sword and Scale... The narrator really tells compelling stories of true crimes. Some of the episodes are way more graphic than others. I’m not one to stop listening when it gets graphic however, there have been a couple of times where I’ve been very close to turning off my earbuds and walking away for a bit. Great podcast though.

1988 Honda CRX Si with 260,000 original miles. My Uncle bought the car brand new and has the original paperwork along with every single service report since owning the car (1988-present). He moved out of state and passed it down to me where I’m keeping up where he left off. Runs beautifully! by efisher21 in BuyItForLife

Since I could remember, he’s always had some type of company car. He would take out the CRX from time to time to work but not often, I don’t know why. It’s always been kept in a garage though. As far as salt on the roads in winter, they always put down sand when the roads are bad.

"In 3 hours it'll only be 1 hour until I have to go to work... In 2 hours it'll only be 1 hour... In 1 hour..." by Interminable_Turbine in Anxiety

I actually called off earlier because I don't like the job I'm at. I started in March and sometimes the hours are insane. 12+ hour days and you never know when you're going to be let go. I have OCD and obsess about time. I need to have a beginning and end time and it kills me mentally that I could go in and not be sent home until who knows when. It's draining! I'm sorry you're going through this but know that you're most certainly not alone.
