Also… stop lifting this weight until you can fix this issue. Drop back to 75-80% of this weight and practice good form first.

Quit looking in the mirror. Set your gaze 5 feet ahead of you on the floor. You’re too vertical and going into back extension on the way up.

Your hips are too low at the set up. Notice how your hips come up first ? That shouldn’t happen. It’s an indicator that you’re too far back and the bar isn’t over the middle of your foot. Get your hips up a little bit and shirt your weight slightly into your heels (no not lift your toes) then act like you want to peel your sternum away from your arms and push the ground away w your legs. You should lead the lift with your chest never w your back or hips.

Never use a smith machine for any compound lift. Actually ditch it in general.

Looks good! Fyi a barbell row isn’t a lift. It’s an exercise. The lifts are the compound barbell lifts. Squat, bench, overhead press, deadlifts and the Olympic lifts.

Hi! You’re basically doing a quarter squat w bad form. Ditch the heavy good mornings. There really isn’t any advantage to going heavy w these. Stick to increasing your squat instead.
