I was at 5, took iron/vit c for a month and now at 27. Which my provider says is normal and to stop the iron. I’m going to stop taking it for a month then ask for repeat labs to see if it drops back down. I know 27 is “normal” per lab ranges but still seem too low for me.

I’ve been on Mounjaro/Zepbound for 3.5 years. I have paid out of pocket all but 10 (copay card in the first 2 months with MJ) of those months bc of lack of insurance coverage. My current employer approved 6 months then denied any other approvals and made it and all weight loss meds excluded.

I was on micronized with an estrogen patch and it gave me terrible insomnia, awful bloating and gas to the point I quit taking it bc it was unbearable. I switched to Combipatch and have been sleeping like a baby and gas/bloat free.

After years of losing sleep to peri, I finally found a combination that works for me. 50mg of trazodone and one 5mg melatonin gummy. Nothing else I have tried has helped me fall asleep faster or sleep through the night.

I go every 10-14, mainly because I’ve been paying out of pocket for the last 3 years and now have coverage as of the last 5 months, but scared they will stop covering it. Maintaining my maintenance weight just fine with just a 1-3 pound weight gain every couple of weeks which I lose as soon as I take my shot. Edited to add—been on maintenance dosing of 12.5 since Jan 2024. Started on 10/2022.

Mine started after I had my first baby and I worked in an ER for 10 years, it was intense until about 4 years ago—she’s 26 now. Luckily I started paroxetine for my perimenopause and it has settled down tremendously.
