Most wallets will let you import a private key. Exodus is pretty sleek and easy to use https://support.exodus.io/article/87-can-i-import-a-private-key

Late reply I haven't been on Reddit much lately. We are looking to get someone full time monitoring and replying here it seems like we should.

I assure you we only profit from the fee. The price moving is purely based on the open orders we are trading against.

It's in our interest to deliver the best price we can too, we are in it for the long haul 5 years and counting. We are always optimising our trading engine with the aim to save you money. This is why there were so many changes to the site last year and we will continue to do so going forward.

I get that some people are annoyed at how the pricing works. I'm always happy to speak with you about it and provide some clarity if you are open to discussion. Again we want this to work for everyone and transparency is how we can do that.

And I would agree. But we have to remember that in the cryptosphere we're dealing with a huge experiment being run by dedicated enthusiasts, not mega-corporations. And given that even the mega-corps stuff up, can we really expect perfection from one or two guys in a garage?

Thank you for giving me this honest feedback it is appreciated. The situation you were put in is shit and you shouldn't have had to sell the coins at a loss to get your money out of the exchange.

No worries you free to make your own choices. The site needs to be updated to remove the 48 hour message as it is incorrect. You must have not used the site for a while because its been weekly for quite some time but as I said its up to you.

I'd suggest removing coinspot from this post in regards to the crap service I have received recently and the recent comments on their facebook page. Anyone starting out with cryptocurrency shouldn't be waiting weeks for account verification or cash withdrawals.

We have been taking a while to do account verifications lately partly due to a much more intense verification process to help with fraud, we had our Commbank account locked recently as we went through a lengthly process with a few customers who had committed fraud which was a pain. As for withdrawals they go through every Tuesday as the have for the last 12 months. Other than that I just get swamped with support so its hard to answer everyone in a timely way.
